At The Meeting Place, our vision is to FOLLOW Jesus and SHARE his story, GATHER in our place and yours, SERVE where needed and WORSHIP Him in all we do. This statement is what guides every decision we make as we partner with Jesus in what he has done and continues to do in our community. We invite you to financially support the work of the church operationally, across our city as we support local missionaries and initiatives, and worldwide through our global partnerships. Here are 9 ways you can partner with us:


Donate one time or set up recurring giving with your Visa or MasterCard online


You can have your donation transferred automatically from your bank account by filling out our Pre-Authorized Giving form


You can add TMP (The Meeting Place Fellowship Inc.) as a payee when banking online with RBC, BMO, or any credit union. Use your phone number (7 digits only) as your account number

Text any amount to 204.400.2508. You will be prompted for your credit card information the first time only.


Visit the Welcome Centre at the back of the church before or after one of our services to donate in-person using debit or credit (or to ask your giving questions!)


Give by cash or cheque using the envelopes found in the back of the chairs at one of our services. These can be placed inside one of the three donation boxes we have around the church.


Donating securities gives you a donation receipt for the full market value of the shares, and in addition, you pay no tax on any capital gain. Contact the office for more information


If you wish to name TMP as a beneficiary in your will or life insurance policy, contact our office for more information

When are tax receipts issued?

Tax receipts are issued by the end of February. If we have your current email address on file you will receive your receipt by email only. If not, you will be able to pick up a paper copy at a designated table at the church. Unclaimed receipts will be mailed out. If you have moved during the year, please provide us with your new address so we can correctly make out your receipt.

Can I designate funds to specific ministries?

Because it is important that our resources be distributed fairly among ministry areas, designated donations are not accepted. However, periodically there will be invitations to donate to specific capital projects or compassion projects.

How do I donate to special projects?

The Meeting Place will invite donations to a capital fundraising project or a compassion project from time to time. There will be special coloured envelopes to use to donate on Sunday, or special codes to choose if donating through web, text, app, etc. Each donation directed towards an approved project will be used as specified with the understanding that when the need for funds has been met or cannot be completed for any reason the remaining funds will be used where needed most.
