Middle School Director
Half-time position (20 hours) starting January 1, 2018
The Middle School Director is a high energy individual with experience working with youth. They’ll be in charge of implementing weekly Sunday morning programming, leading a team of volunteers and organizing special midweek events, including a yearly youth retreat. Working in partnership with our High School Director, they will be part of our Kids & Youth team, led by our Family Life Pastor. Pastor of Adult Ministries / Lead Team
Full-time position (40 hours) starting after January 1, 2018
The Pastor of Adult Ministries is a high capacity, extroverted individual who will lead in pastoral care, small group ministry, adult spiritual formation, and missions. This pastor will oversee a team of paid staff as well as highly invested teams of volunteers. The successful candidate will have a pastoral heart with strong organizational skills, ability to develop and communicate vision, and passion to recruit and equip volunteer leaders. As a member of the Lead Team this individual will participate in setting the overall direction of The Meeting Place. Pastor of Adult Ministries
Half-time Term position (20 hours) – starting mid-January, 2018
This is for a 13 month term during Pastor Carmyn’s maternity leave ending mid-February 2019
The Pastor of Adult Ministries is a high capacity, extroverted individual who will lead the highly invested teams of volunteers in special interest groups, the welcome team, newcomer integration, baptism and membership mentors, and hospitality. The successful candidate will have a pastoral heart with strong organizational skills, and passion to recruit and equip volunteer leaders.
